my life has been a journey of twists and turns, potholes and speed bumps, hills and valleys.
next week will be the 2 month mark of being in remission, again. however, this time around, my hospital stay was wrought with more than simply dealing with an auto immune disease.
i have dealt with 30 plasmapharesis treatments, about 15 dialysis treatments, 4 rounds of chemo therapy, and endless amounts of steroids and medications to bring me back to life.
i am currently doing dialysis at home (Peritoneal Dialysis). it is not all it is cracked up to be.
